These flowers are great! I used waterbased ink pads for some: putting 3-4 overlapping colors on 1 sheet, then using a very fine water mister, I sprayed them so they'd bleed and look like tie-dyed fabric. They were unique and colorful.

I put 1/2 sheet in each load and re-use each a second time. Every 3 months, I use no sheets at all to clean out the dryer of the built up softener that is on the drum. When I go to the laundromat I don't use any dryer sheets or liquid softener, because the inside of the dryer drum is loaded with fabric softener. This was the recommendation made by my appliance repair man, and the man who owns the laundromat I occassionally use for washing quilts and rugs.

I use dryer sheets in my closet all the time. I also use the empty box of a soap bar. It also infuses a subtle scent.

This made me think of using the dryer sheets like you would use tissue paper to make flowers. You could use a bunch of those like a sachet in a closet or drawer.
